South Grove House
South Grove House offers tailored residential care and support for men aged 18+ with autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs.
Designed for people stepping down from hospital settings or stepping up from supported living or other residential care provision, the service promotes independence in a safe, empowering environment.
Brookhaven & The Hamptons
Brookhaven, a 23-bed open rehabilitation service, and The Hamptons, a 14-bed inpatient hospital, are dual-site services in Bamber Bridge.
Both offer recovery-focused care for individuals with complex mental health conditions, focusing on skill development and preparing for independent living in a supportive, structured environment.
Brook House
Brook House is a purpose-built supported living development offering 13 one-bedroom apartments, designed to promote independence while providing 24/7 support.
Tailored to individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and/or Autism, the service focuses on person-centred care, empowering residents to live fulfilling lives in a safe, supportive environment.
Heathy House
Heathy House is a modern, 10-bed mental health rehabilitation service, offering a step-down residential environment.
Located over two floors, the service provides a high-quality, supportive space close to local amenities.
Millcroft
Millcroft is a brand-new, purpose-built step-down rehabilitation service in Seacroft for adult males suitable for shared care or those who have experienced a breakdown in their current placement.
The service provides a high-quality, supportive environment for individuals progressing towards greater independence.
Park Place
Park Place is a purpose-built supported living development offering 11 two-bedroom apartments.
The service follows a person-centred, recovery-based model tailored for individuals with mental health conditions.
