About our Leeds Services

Together, these services provide safe, therapeutic environments that promote recovery, independence and community integration.

Supporting individuals transitioning from hospital-based care, the service focuses on recovery, risk management, life skills development and progression towards greater independence within a structured and supportive environment.

Park Place is an enhanced supported living service for adults with mental health needs. Offering fully furnished apartments and 24-hour support, the service helps people build confidence, develop independent living skills and successfully reintegrate into their communities, with a focus on progressing towards independent living.

The service combines structured support with therapeutic activities, vocational opportunities and skills development, helping individuals maintain their wellbeing while promoting independence and social inclusion.
