Mental Health Support Worker (Days & Nights)
Location: Droylsden, Manchester
Pay: £13.45 per hour (£14.95 overtime)
Hours: Full-Time – 38.5 Hours Per Week (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am 2-week rolling rota)

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker at Willow Rise, you will:

• Deliver outstanding, person-centred mental health care
• Support residents to build independence and confidence
• Help individuals engage with meaningful daily activities and the local community
• Provide emotional, practical, and social support
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Promote recovery, inclusion, and relapse prevention
• Encourage access to education, employment, and hobbies

• Experience working in mental health or a rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
