Interim Head of Finance at Active Pathways & Evermore Care Homes

Location: Strawberry Fields Digital Hub, Chorley

Salary: £70,000 per Annum (pro-rata)

Position: Part-time (c25-30 Hours per week), 3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract

About Us: Active Pathways & Evermore Care Homes Central Office at Strawberry Fields Digital Hub is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to join our team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents and are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with senior management to make informed business decisions
• Lead and mentor finance team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a senior finance role
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the healthcare or social care sector is preferred
